CAIRO The Cairo-based Arab League could face serious financial problems if dues of $100 million owed by member states are not paid soon, a league report says. "Failure to pay arrears (by member states) will lead to embarrassment for the league," Secretary General Esmat Abdel-Meguid said in the report, received by Reuters on Monday.
